Sun Shines on Cookham's Big Art Event

Blue skies brought out the good folk of Cookham to the Change of Art event held by Elizabeth House on Saturday. Many local people had donated paintings, drawings and prints and these were snapped up by visitors as Station Parade was transformed into the Paris Left Bank for the day, complete with French accordion music. The event raised around £800 for Cookham's centre for our older residents. Thanks to all who donated items, the purchasers and the team who made it happen, led by Gill Townend and Jill Morris.
