Having
had such a succesful party in 2002, the Cookham Society and Cookham
Twinning decided to get together and repeat the event. Again it was held
at the Chartered Institute of Marketing at
Moor Hall. It was a black tie affair and took place on Saturday 27th November.
Everyone met in the bar for pre dinner drinks and to order their wines to
go with the meal.

The

being drawn between the Chairs of the two Societies, David Ashwanden from
the Cookham Society and Clare Setchel from Cookham Twinning. There were
two rather interesting packages donated from Stratfords, could they
perhaps be bottles of wine? Also whisky, champagne, Grappa, Ouzo , Madeira
and Sloe Gin were some of the other bottles on offer. |

It

Cookham Society. |
