COOKHAM SOCIETY AND COOKHAM TWINNING COME TOGETHER FOR A JOINT CHRISTMAS PARTY (21 December 2002) |

click on photo for larger image This year the Cookham Society and Cookham Twinning joined together for their Christmas Party which was held at the Chartered Institute of Marketing at Moor Hall. It was a black tie affair and took place on 30th November. Everyone met in the bar for pre dinner drinks and to order their wines to go with the meal. |

The meal was held in the CIM's beautiful dining room which had been beautifully decorated by Cookham Twinning for the occasion. |

The dinner was followed by a raffle which some fantastic prizes, some of which had been donated by Cookham shops. £100 voucher from Independent Traveller, six bottles of wine from Stratfords, flowers from Anitas and some expensive French chocolates from Deliciously French |

This was followed by the disco which went on until 12.30am. Everyone agreed that it was a sparkling affair. The two societies now have to decide what they want to do next year. | ||||||||
