Goodbye Mrs Deadman and Mrs Bevan

Mrs
Deadman and Mrs Bevan were honoured at a special school assembly today (Thursday
July 21st) as they leave the school they have both served for many years.
Between them they have taught several thousand Cookham Rise youngsters,
Pat Bevan has taught at the school for 40 years!
It was a wonderful ceremony attended by staff, parents of former pupils
and former pupils themselves.
All the different classes gave performances and readings honouring their
dedicated teachers.
A very moving morning as the two teachers come to the end of their
distinguished Cookham Rise careers. We wish them well in whatever they do
next and thank them for all they have done for us, our youngsters and
Cookham Rise!
