This Spring has been so late arriving that now it's here it's coming out in magnificent splendour! The show of dandelions on Cookham Moor this week has been one of the best years ever, and next week watch out for the St Annes' lace - better known as cow parsley under the stunning copper beech trees in front of Moor Hall.
Meanwhile the farmers this year have gone for oil seed rape in a big way. The Green way bewteen Cookham and Maidenhead is heavy with pungent smells of England growing and as the sunlight catches the fluorescent lemon yellow artists are flocking to paint the views....Enjoy! Springtime in Cookham this year is a wonderful experience!
