Cookham woke to the
biggest snowfall in years on Wednesday January 6th. It snowed for
close on 20 hours and the village was turned into a Narnian Winter
Wonderland. Hardly a car ventured out - the only traffic was intrepid
sledgers heading for Winter Hill.
Some even managed to
carrying on a mobile call while tobogganing down the Hill!
