Minutes of a Meeting of the PLANNING COMMITTEE held at the

Community Room on Tuesday, 5th January 2010 commencing at 7.30 pm

 

PRESENT:      Cllr D. Fry (Chairman), M. Barnes (Vice Chairman)

Cllrs M. Brar, P. Brockwell, M. Coker, F. Hewer, M. Innes, D. Ricardo,

M. Wellman and H. J. Woodbridge.

OPEN FORUM – Mrs Groom spoke about the problem of the leaves entering her garden boundary through the chain link fence. Her west boundary goes along the path and Cookham Rise Primary School. She spoke of her views on the Council’s contractors and suggested that their working practices were at fault. The Chairman said that the contractors had worked with the Parish Council for over thirty years and the Council had no reason to have any concerns over their work. Mr Thorburn from Bigfrith Lane was here to monitor the Parish Council as they considered his planning application this evening.
