Minutes of a Meeting of the PLANNING COMMITTEE held at the

Community Room on Tuesday, 2nd February 2010 commencing at 7.30 pm

IN ATTENDANCE: Deena Pipe (Cookham Parish Council); Amy Willis (Maidenhead Advertiser) and 1 member of the public.

OPEN FORUM – Cllr David Ricardo spoke of a letter that had been sent to Bisham Parish Council referring to the request for an independent flood risk assessement to be carried out by the Environment Agency. Tim Slaney had written to Bisham Parish Council to state that this would not be happening and that there was nothing more that RBWM could do in relation to the Marlow Flood Allevation Scheme. The Chairman assured Cllr Ricardo that the matter would be dealt with.

 

1.                  APOLOGIES AND DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST:  Apologies were received from Cllr M. Barnes and Cllr M. Brar.  Cllr John Stretton declared an interest as a member of the MDC Panel and reserved the right to change his mind at a later stage.

3.                  APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The Minutes of the Planning Meetings held on 5th January and 19th January 2010 were circulated and approved with one amendment. On Page 915, line 5, The Chairman said that the contractors had worked for many years and not specifically thirty years.

 

The Meeting closed at 8.00pm.
