EX DIRECTORS CASE SUMMARIES
Equitable Life took on the legal firm Herbert Smith in 2001 to look at the possibility of sueing the ex-directors of the Society for compensation. In April 2002 Equitable announced that they are considering sueing fifteen of the former directors.
The summaries of two of them can be seen thanks to Neil Britten who has been to the High Court to obtain this information and has summarised this for us.
