Festival Evensong

The Festival Choral Evensong ('In Praise of God's Creation') at Holy Trinity Church had the full choir at their best. The combined girls, boys and men, under the charge of director of music Sara Wood, gave great performances of Vivaldi's Gloria and Domine File, along with several anthems. And a series of readings highlighted the power of creation. Father Ainsley Swift, Priest-in-Charge at the New Windsor Team Ministry, gave a Reflection on the same theme.
Next Sunday St John the Baptists church in Cookham Dean will hold its Festival Evensong.
