BOOKING THE HALL OR COMMITTEE ROOM

You can see what times are already booked on the Calendar

Either fill in a booking form (Word format) and send to pinderhall@cookham.com or if you have some questions email pinderhall@cookham.com

If you are selling alcohol you will require a licence. The Pinder Hall will arrange this for you. The cost is currently £20.

There is a hearing loop installed. If you require the PA system let the caretaker know in advance, this includes a radio mic which takes PP3 batteries. The Hall can also be used for theatrical performances and if lighting is required please mention this when booking.

If you require help in setting up the hall, the caretaker may be able to be of assistance.
