1. Explore feasibility of upgrading the Rise Parade shopping environment

2. Develop a structured plan for meeting tourist needs

3. Support the proposed solutions to the parking and congestion issues in the plan

4. Support the development of sheltered housing to cater for future ageing population needs

5. Encourage a centrally located business support centre within the Parade plans

6. Development of Cookham.com as a vehicle for creating an effective virtual business community. (Is there a possibility of integrating a combined business support centre with tourist information and the operation of Cookham.com?)
