: No Mow May : Cookham Webmaster May 13, 2022, 02:06:35 AM No mow May ! We are being asked not to mow our lawns during May so that the Bees and other insects can feed on the wild flower nectar. They are in great danger owing to loss of habitat, and these insects are essential for pollination which allows our crops to grow and in turn feed humans .
