National Highways, which maintains motorways and many dual carriageways on the UK's Strategic Road Network - including the M4 and A34 in Berkshire - has lifted more than 1,000 miles of roadworks for the four-day weekend. This means 98% of the country's major roads have no roadworks on them. |
