Cherries are now over but what a wonderful crop we had!

Strawberries - will continue to be plentiful great time to get the children making jam and preserves!

Raspberries - are at their very best right now so it’s a good time to make jam or freeze them (they freeze very well if picked in the morning and frozen as soon as you get them home)

Plums - Opal plums are very good at Cookham (unfortunately the frost got our blossom at Iver so non available) The opal plums are as sweet as can be, also make good tarts and freeze well or lovely jam.

Currants - Black and red currants are still going strong at both farms, but red currants may run low quite soon as there is just a small area of them.

Vegetables

Sweetcorn is very nearly ready, keep an eye on our website for updates!

At Iver we have: French Beans, Broad Beans, Courgettes, Marrows, Beetroot, Spinach, Chard,

At Cookham we have: French beans and Broad Beans.

Sunflowers - New this year we have some lovely Sunflowers for you to pick (secateurs available at the shop, just ask a member of staff) These make great photo opportunities too!

Saving the best till last!

We will be opening our MAIZE MAZE very soon; we are just doing the last preparations and hope to open in the next couple of days!

At IVER we have a CHERRY themed one stretching to about 5 ½ acres! There is a viewing bridge too (if you can find it) along with a mini maze if you fancy two challenges?

At Cookham we have a STRAWBERRY themed one which is about 3 acres.

So come and get lost at Iver and Cookham .. take on the challenge.

Entry Tickets will be available online and in advance at our website at £5.00 (plus 25p booking fee) if there are spaces available you may also purchase at the door £6.00 (better to book in advance to ensure entry).

We look forwards to welcoming you to our farms very soon!
