CAR ENTERED BY UNKNOWN MEANS – on a driveway. Video footage shows the young offender arrived on a bike which he parked in the pavement. He is described as white, about 20s, wearing a light coloured top, black base ball cap and carrying a rucksack. Loose change and 2 head torches stolen. Ref.
