The biggest application in the last month is 22/03327 at White Place Farm, Sutton Road. Demolition of some existing buildings and the erection of new equestrian facilities consisting of 30 stables, a relocated feed and agricultural storage barn, and the erection of five new houses. It's Green Belt and flood plain but includes community aspects with associated works to improve access, footpaths and land for the scouts. Plenty to consider!
