: Maidenhead Golf Course Development : Cookham Webmaster February 24, 2023, 06:12:23 PM The number of homes planned for Maidenhead Golf Course is set to be reduced, the developer behind the scheme has revealed.
The controversial 132-acre site, near Shoppenhangers Road, has been earmarked for 2,000 homes in the Borough Local Plan. Developer CALA Homes is planning a mixture of family homes and apartments at the golf course but it is now expecting to apply for planning permission for up to 1,800 properties. |
