Cookham is located on the very north-eastern edge Berkshire close to the border with Buckinghamshire. Home to around 6,000 people, it has been described as one of the UK's richest villages. Muddy Stilettos praised Cookham for its high number of famous residents as well as for being a hub for families and "urban exiles." The independent shops and strong sense of community were also looked upon favourably. |
