The suggestion by the resident was discussed at a Place Overview and Scrutiny Panel on Monday, and the topic stated: In hot weather surely waste bins should be collected every week as rats are everywhere in broad daylight. Rats are everywhere; outside the library, my garden, my mum's garden and Alexander Gardens. At the meeting, Alysse Strachan, head of neighbourhood services, said: We looked at the topic and advised in the report that this isn't something that we could really consider. |
