: Closure of Halifax, Maidenhead : Cookham Webmaster August 08, 2023, 03:51:06 PM Halifax, located at 16-20 High Street has announced it will be closing this year on 29 November, as it looks to axe dozens of branches across the country.
In a branch report released by Halifax, it was found that only 83 customers regularly used the facilities. A Halifax spokesperson said: "The world is becoming more digital than ever before and more of our customers are doing their everyday banking online.
