A case in Windsor everyone needs to be aware of – this is the second time I have reported this particular scam !!

A man walks into a shop and says he manages a newsagents, which is closing down.  He therefore has some cigarettes and alcohol, he is willing to sell very cheaply.  Several people place orders and get the cash – which they then hand over.  The man takes the money and disappears !!!

Please be on your guard – DON’T LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU !!!
