Title: Shanly planning application for an outline plan for 160 homes Post by: Cookham Webmaster on January 07, 2020, 10:39:15 PM Just before Christmas Shanly submitted a planning application for an outline plan for 160 homes behind the vets in Summerleaze Road. This is shortly after the same site for 130 homes was removed from the Borough Local Plan as it is in a high risk Flood Zone.
The consultation period ends on 20th January and they were purposely applying over a period when everyone is distracted. Can Shanly really get away with this? The application number is 19/03522/OUT |
