Join my New Year's running course. It is a beginners running course - no running experience needed before starting the course It will take place on Friday mornings at 9.15am meeting in Alfred Major park outside the kids play area. It will run for 7 weeks, mostly consecutive weeks but no class Friday 7th or Friday 21st February. I put a real focus on teaching people technique as no-one teaches us how to run and if you understand this hopefully it will help people enjoy their running more and also benefit from fewer injuries. The cost of the course is £56 (£8 a class). There are a couple of spaces left if anyone would like to join.
