More classes added daily.
💛 We are moving most CLASSES ONLINE over the next several days. 💻 Online class passes are £10. 💛 Members can access these classes as part of their membership packages. 💻 Streaming via your laptop, PC or even mobile device via Zoom. 💛 Be part of a growing community from home & support local teachers 🙏 These stress busters are already available to be booked: 👉TUESDAY 8 pm - Online Meditation 👉WEDNESDAY 7:30 pm - Online Yoga and Chanting 👉SATURDAY 8 am - Online Non-scary Yoga for Total Beginners* 👉MONDAY 7 am - Online Meditation https://www.unwindyogastudio.com/timetable *this class allows a very limited number of students live in the studio as well, from where we will broadcast the online version at the same time (live broadcast) |
