We have spent the last 25 years taking great pride in creating a brand that helps make the most of the time we spend at home with family and friends – not forgetting the time to rest and take care of ourselves and others.
As the business has grown and evolved, so has the family. We have over 1,700 incredible, dedicated team members, who give a huge amount of energy and passion to make it all possible. Each of them has their own family to care for, and this a responsibility that I take very personally. The onset of the coronavirus pandemic has touched us all, and it is likely that it may go on for some time to come. As of today, we have taken the hard – but, we feel, right – decision to temporarily close all The White Company stores from the end-of-day Saturday 21st March. It is early days for us all, but I want to let you know that we are fully committed to supporting our teams as we all navigate through this very difficult time. Our online store will remain open. We have our own warehouse in Northampton, and we have put in place strict safety measures to ensure that our The White Company superstars stay safe at work and that all of our products will be delivered safely. Deliveries can also be made without contact to your chosen safe place. Thank you SO much for being such an important part of our family. Please stay safe and take great care of yourselves and your loved ones. We are in this together and we will get through this together.
