Title: Let’s BEE Friendly Update Post by: Cookham v Coronavirus on March 21, 2020, 04:02:15 PM 24 hours is a long time – in both politics and in handling the fallout from a global pandemic. As you may be aware, Pinder Hall would not allow Vernon Brown to operate at the hall or on the pavement outside. The really good news is that Vernon Brown is going to use the Cookham Dean Cricket Club’s car park and the sale is therefore on.
You can have your plants – and I hope you buy a lot more besides. I have ordered enough collections for each voucher holder to each have one collection. You can buy additional ones at full price and I hope you will consider doing so. They are still a bargain and should be top quality – your BEES will thank you I am sure. I will be at the sale from around 9:00 and will do my best to ensure your tray is available for you when you come. If you want your collection but do not want to come – let me know and I can organise to collect it and get it to you. Important If you are in any way concerned – STAY AWAY. If you are self-quarantining your self – STAY AWAY. If you do come – stay away from others and pay contactless if possible. And of course wash your hands when you get home. Be careful and be safe. If you have a concern and do NOT want to come up to the cricket club, I’m happy to buy your collection and you can collect it from my home in Cookham Rise – let me know by email. So thanks to everyone who has managed to find a way to run this sale. Please be generous with Vernon and buy what you can. |
