• Firstly, we would like to thank all of you who have posted kind words on Facebook, written cards and been so wonderful to our in-store staff. It hasn't gone unnoticed and means the world to us in this difficult time!

• Our staff are working incredibly hard to maintain business as usual at Countrystore. However, we are unable to do this without the help of you, the customers.

• To ensure the safety of all our customers and staff please,  when shopping with us, try to maximise the distance from any other people- staff and customers alike.

• We may restrict entry to one in, one out if necessary, as safety is our number one priority. Please, if this is enforced, be respectful to staff and other customers, we're all in this together.

• We are also restricting the sale of each item to a MAXIMUM of 2 PER PERSON. This should keep stock availability for everyone.

• Where possible please consider using contactless card payments, to reduce physical contact with staff.

• As we have stated before there is not a supply-side issue so by avoiding stockpiling and panic buying there should be enough produce for all our customers.
