Title: Bonfires Post by: Cookham v Coronavirus on April 09, 2020, 04:19:38 PM With the sunny weather set to continue this weekend, we are expecting that a number of residents will want to take the opportunity to clear their gardens by having a bonfire.
Bonfires are not illegal, however we advise against them due to air pollution they cause. Smoke from bonfires can cause those with lung conditions, such as COVID-19, extra breathing difficulties. We ask you not to have bonfires. If you are concerned about bonfires that your neighbours have started, please speak to them in the first instance.
