However we will object strongly to this particular proposal. The three storey block is massively out of scale with neighbouring properties and far too large for the site. It has 14 flats with a total of 25 bedrooms but only 14 parking spaces are provided. This is totally inadequate and would exacerbate existing parking problems in the area. Overall this proposal provides poor amenity for the future residents.
