Bearhouse Logistics Ltd are looking for a trustworthy, fit and able individual required for new warehouse in Cookham.

Must be over 25 years of age (insurance requirement) and have a full, clean UK driving licence.

This person will ideally be competent in driving a small fork lift truck, will be fit and healthy and able to handle to constant unloading, loading and moving of boxes and pallets from vans and trucks with ease.

They will be required to attend sites in London, the South East, the UK and possibly Europe to fit commercial furniture.

They will have a methodical, careful, respectful and detailed work ethic with understanding how to handle, unwrap, install and also pack high quality commercial furniture without damaging it. Literacy and clear writing ability is essential.

In general the vacancy will be based at our Logistics Centre in Cookham but could be required to attend sites depending on ability and projects that come in.

The applicant will be able to provide references and have no issue with being DBS checked.

The vacancy comes with a great environment, pension scheme and relaxed working atmosphere with scope to move into a supervisory role in the future.

Generally hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday but will also involve earlier mornings, weekends and evenings as Clients require, so you must be flexible. Additional time will be paid or time given in lieu.
