We are very pleased to announce that the complete upgrading of Crowne Plaza Marlow has now been completed and our hotel will be reopening on Saturday 4th July 2020. Our Quad Wellness & Spa facilities will remain closed pending further government announcement on earliest re-opening date.

We understand the concerns of getting back into normal habits after recent events, but rest assured, over the last few weeks, our Hotel has implemented revised policies and procedures in regard to our Covid 19 response. These important measures cover all areas of operation across our property and include the following:

The "IHG Way of Clean" revised procedures for all Wellness & Spa, Guest Room and Public Area cleaning
A revised approach to Food & Beverage Service
Retraining of all employees in relation to the new methods of operation
PPE for all staff
Adherence to the IHG Clean Brand Standard across the Hotel
