No new cases have been confirmed in the past 24 hours in the county - but one area recorded a fall in cases. UK-wide deaths related to Covid-19 now stand at 43,514, up 100 in 24 hours. There have been 310,250 confirmed cases across the country, an increase of 890 positive patients in the last 24 hours. Data released each day represents the number of deaths recorded in this time period, not those that have actually happened in that time. Cases in the county where people have tested positive for coronavirus stand at 2,478. Reading still has the highest number of cases in Berkshire, with 595 patients testing positive. This figure has fallen by one compared to yesterday's figures, which is usually explained by reporting errors on the government site. Slough has 465 positive cases, while Bracknell 's figure stands at 263 - both unchanged. West Berkshire's cases have also remained the same at 385, while Wokingham's stay at 458. To date, 312 people have tested positive in Windsor and Maidenhead. No new deaths were recorded in the last 24 hours, with the last recorded death in Berkshire announced on June 20.
