Packing, stacking, marking and bagging items. Saturdays 9:30 - 12. OR you can be placed on our back up list if we have volunteers away or off sick. Food Collection Drivers Wednesday & Saturday to collect donated food from Tesco’s Taplow. Using bags from the foodbank/or your own and Volunteer ID. Pack up all of the donated food from the crates in the store, and then deliver them into the foodbank. There is a rota so it would be around 1 collection a month. We need volunteers for the following: Collect Wednesday (anytime) deliver to the foodbank between 5:30pm and 6:30pm Collect Saturday(anytime) deliver into the foodbank between 9:30am and 10:30am. Ad hoc food collection drivers: We need ad hoc food collection drivers to collect food during Harvest time, and when and as we need them. Could you spare some time during our busy periods to collect food from schools, companies and churches? If you can be available at short notice. We’d love to hear from you. 2 volunteer Cleaners – could you spare an hour or two a week to tidy and clean our food warehouse and front desk area? Hoovering, sweeping and emptying bins, keeping everything safe and clean for our volunteers. All materials would be provided. Days to be arranged.
