Title: Phlebotomy Services at St Marks’ and Farnham Hospitals Post by: Cookham Webmaster on September 04, 2020, 01:10:27 PM To ensure COVID-safe environments, the phlebotomy clinics at St Mark’s and Farnham Hospitals were temporarily suspended until a booking system could be introduced. A booking system has now been procured and the services will re-open as follows:
St Mark’s Hospital, Maidenhead: Service re-opens 7th September (bookings can be made from 3rd September) Farnham Hospital: Service re-opens 14th September (bookings should be available to be made from 10th September – to be confirmed). Information on the Booking Process will appear on the surgery website once the service is in operation. (www.cookhammedicalcentre.co.uk) PLEASE NOTE: Your tests MUST have been ordered by the GP on the computer before your appointment. If not, they cannot be done.” |
