Title: SOS Cookham - PRESCRIPTION DELIVERY SERVICE. Post by: Cookham Webmaster on September 05, 2020, 01:12:40 AM Just to confirm our prescription collection service has now been updated. If you are unable to collect your prescriptions yourself, this is the new procedure.
Patient to contact the pharmacy directly on 01628 521369. The pharmacy will now be carrying out deliveries with their own delivery driver or allocating the delivery to the CVS (Cookham Voluntary Services) to deliver to you if you are unable to collect yourself. Please note that orders for same day deliveries close at 12.00 noon. Collections are scheduled from the pharmacy at 3.00 p.m. Emergencies can be handled outside these times if needed. All drivers with the CVS are known to us and have already been delivering via SOS during lockdown. All prescription/delivery enquiries can be made via the pharmacy, which keeps your requirements, records and arrangements under one hat. |
