No further deaths have been recorded in hospital trusts in and around Berkshire. The figures issued on Sunday, September 27 by Public Health England shows a further 5,693 lab-confirmed cases of coronavirus in the UK in the last 24 hours. Overall, 434,969 cases have been confirmed. A further 17 people have now died within 28 days of testing positive for Covid-19. This brings the UK total to 41,988. This is how the figures break down in terms of cases for each area of Berkshire as of September 27: Reading : 957 cases (increase of six) Slough : 938 cases ( increase of 12) Wokingham : 729 cases (increase of seven) West Berkshire : 595 cases (increase of six) Windsor and Maidenhead: 659 cases (increase of five) Bracknell Forest : 505 cases ( increase of five ) The total number of deaths at NHS trusts in and around Berkshire is now 579, as detailed below: Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust: 368 Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust: 191 Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust: 20 |
