Title: From Royal Dry Cleaners
Post by: Cookham Webmaster on January 20, 2021, 02:45:59 PM
So I’m not one to moan but at Royal Dry Cleaners we had a skip behind the shop. We have now had it taken away as many people have been dumping their rubbish in it without us knowing.

I caught one lady trying to unload 2 boxes last week and when confronted she quickly drove off. There is also a lovely box of old Christmas cards and newspapers for a “Brad and Marcella” who kindly left a letter with their address on in the box. (Why not put this in your own recycling?!) 😐

As mentioned the skip has now been removed and said box of Christmas cards for “Brad Wilson” from Beaconsfield is left sitting at the back of my shop. I would say this is fly tipping and we do not want to be fined by the council for somebody else’s negligence. Please do not think I’m being unreasonable it’s just the principle and as a local business we are all struggling and cannot afford to dispose of others personal waste.
