Budget proposals to be discussed at Full Council The proposed budget for 2021/22 will be discussed at Full Council on Tuesday 23 February. The budget sets out how your council tax will be spent and how we will invest in local services. If you do not dispose of dog waste properly, you could be issued with a Fixed Penalty Notice of £100. Aggrieved was working nearby and unlocked their van ro get tools. He closed the door and returned to work. A dark Skoda pulled up, 2 men got out, opened the van and stole valuable tools. Ref.
