Title: Readipop Festival Post by: Cookham Webmaster on March 31, 2021, 06:56:06 PM The continuing uncertainty over coronavirus has led to bosses of the popular Readipop Festival pulling the plug on the 2020 event.
Organisers of the annual three-day festival at Christchurch Meadows in Caversham have decided they are not able to put on the event due to the possibility of having to make a last-minute cancellation. However, a one-day event will be held in its place on Saturday, July 10. Another event called Readipop Fiesta is also planned for later this summer. Funding from the Arts Council has made the replacement events possible. |
