If you have a basic enquiry about council services, or wish to apply, report or make a payment, then please #ThinkBeforeYouDial and check first on the council’s website before phoning up – www.rbwm.gov.uk/home/apply-pay-report – because you might be able to find your answer more quickly and there’s also the option to access many council services simply and conveniently online, including: ✔️ Paying invoices or bills ✔️ Changing your address for council tax ✔️ Notifying of change of circumstances for benefits ✔️ Reporting potholes, fly-tipping, grass verges, overhanging vegetation ✔️ Applying for parking permits/visitor vouchers ✔️ Challenging parking tickets ✔️ Ordering a new bin or sacks |
