Title: Can you help us sort and categorise donations for Afghan refugees? Post by: Cookham Webmaster on September 17, 2021, 04:20:59 PM The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is coordinating the local response to support households being relocated as part of the Afghanistan Relocations and Assistance Policy.
We are looking for volunteers who would like to help with the sorting and categorising of the thousands of generous donations received to ensure that these can be quickly dispatched to households in need. Are you: Able to commit to 2–4-hour volunteering sessions at a central location in Maidenhead between 9:30am and 4pm (Mon - Fri)? Willing to sort and categorise items including clothing, toys, and household items? Happy to work as part of a team with the support of a volunteer coordinator?
