Job Vacancy - Accounts Assistant
We are currently looking for an Accounts/Admin Assistant to work in our busy events/design agency based in Cookham to support and work closely with our Accounts/Office Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Xero or another accounting package, preferred but not essential and have a can-do attitude. This role is initially part time, up to 24 hours per week but as the business continues to grow the role could potentially lead to a full-time position with plenty of scope to grow.
This is a varied role but will include;
• Inputting all sales and purchase invoices onto Xero
• Liaising with suppliers
• Managing credit card monthly bills, liaising with the team with regards to receipts and reconciliation
• Producing invoices for operations team and Creative Director
• Debt collecting
• Keeping accounts filing system up to date
• Working collaboratively with Office Administration in general office admin
