Drivers face overnight closures and a full weekend closure on the M4 as smart motorway works continue in Berkshire. There will also be a series of overnight closures on the M3 and A34.
The M4 will be shut in both directions overnight around Slough throughout the week commencing Monday, September 12. The motorway will closed between junction 5 and junction 6 on Monday and Tuesday night and then between junction 6 and junction 8/9 for Maidenhead on Wednesday night.
There will also be a full weekend closure from 10pm on Friday, September 17 until 5.30am on Monday, September 19, with the carriageway closed in both directions between junction 4b for the M25 and junction 5 for Langley.
Drivers are warned to expect delays and allow extra time for their journeys. Here's the full list of roadworks and road closures on the A34, M3 and M4 for the week commencing Monday, September 12.

Planned motorway closures have been postponed this week ahead of the Queen's funeral. Roadworks were due to take place this week on motorways that include the M25, M11, M3, M4, and M23.
All M4 closures have been postponed and this includes the postponement of a full-weekend closure of the M4 eastbound and westbound at Junction 4B and 5 in Langley, near Slough. National Highways has cancelled these roadworks to try and tackle congestion.
It is thought that lots of people will be travelling to and from London during the weekend to commemorate the life of the Queen. Roadworks will be paused until after the Queen's funeral, which will be held on Monday, September 19.
