WALK-IN FLU VACCINATION clinic

*** WALK-IN FLU VACCINATION clinic ***
at COOKHAM PHARMACY for NHS eligible PATIENTS
18 to 49 year old clinically indicated by NHS and over 50 year olds
appointments can also be taken
FRIDAY 28th OCT - 9am to 12pm and 3pm to 6pm
SATURDAY 29th OCT - 10am to 12.30pm
MONDAY 31st OCT - 9am to 12pm and 3pm to 6pm
WEDNESDAY 2nd NOV - 9am to 12pm and 3pm to 6pm
if you are unsure - pop along and we can advise appropriately
(NB - at present - we are not operating a private FLU vaccination service)
