Music fans are in for an “absolute classic” when the annual Let’s Rock the Moor retro festival returns in May. Cookham Moor will rock to the sound of live music from the 80s and beyond on Saturday, May 20 when a host of star names will perform at the popular outdoor live music extravaganza.
Topping the bill this year are electro pioneers OMD, who can boast a string of top 10 hits including Enola Gay, (Forever) Live and Die and Souvenir, and new wave legends the Boomtown Rats with Bob Geldof taking centre stage to belt out classics such as I Don’t Like Mondays, Rat Trap and Lookin’ After No 1.
