FIRST:  A thank you to Don & Judy Stimson, for their invitation to go and talk to their Macular Society group in Maidenhead.  They were a brilliant audience and had some really good questions, as we went through Crime prevention re Burglary, Car crime , Scams & Frauds.  If anyone suffers from macular degeneration and would like to join Don’s group, please make contact with him at:

CRIME
MAIDENHEAD CENTRAL:

17/6 – 5/7  Boarded up house, Bath Road.  Offenders may have entered via an upstairs window or forced rear kitchen door..  Search carried out.  Not known if anything stolen.
6/7  Saturday 4.50 p.m. / 6 p.m.  King Street.  Bike locked to railings stolen.  A black & blue, Carrera Axel – WITH FRAME NUMBER.
7/7  Sunday 3 p.m. / 7 p.m.  High Street.  Locked up bike stolen from a bike rack.  A silver, Carrera Crossfire, man’s, hybrid bike

NO CRIME TO REPORT.

BISHAM, COOKHAM, HURLEY, THE WALTHAMS, LITTLEWICK GREEN & KNOWL HILL:
4/7 – 5/7  Thursday 6 p.m. / Friday 9 a.m.  Cricket Club, Waltham Road, Walthams.  Attempted burglary.  Offenders have cur the chain to gain access and have tried to force storage areas with gardening equipment doors.  The alarm sounded and they immediately made off.  No entry gained and nothing stolen.
 
PINKNEYS GREEN & FURZE PLATT:
6/7  Saturday 7.40 p.m.  Nightingale lane.  Garage break.  Wine stolen from fridge in garage.
6/7  Saturday noon / 10.50 p.m.  Wavell Road.  Small hole found in a house window.
7/7  Sunday midnight / 8 a.m.  The Chase.  Two cars ENTERED BY UNKNOWN MEANS and searched – minor items taken.
7/7  Sunday 0.50 a.m. / 1 a.m.  Cannon Court Road.  CCTV shows a man walking onto the property and opening the boot to a 4 X 4.  Rucksack & contents stolen.

BOYN HILL, COX GREEN & WOODLANDS PARK:
6/7 – 7/7  Saturday 7 p.m. Sunday 11 a.m.  Ludlow Road.  Shed break – bike stolen.  A
 
OLDFIELD & BRAY:
6/7  Saturday 10 a.m. / 10 .45 a.m.  Nature Reserve, Hibbert Road.  Tree possible set alight deliberately.
6/7 – 8/7  Saturday 1 a.m. / Monday  8 a.m.  Coningsby Lane, Fifield.  Four water troughs stolen from a filed.
