The Annual Cookham Village Easter Concert is back again and this year looks to be better than ever, with some fantastic local talent gracing the Cookham Holy Trinity Church Stage! The organisers are looking for raffle prizes, so if anyone can help contact Renée reneevcullen@icloud.com

The Cookham Easter Concert is a night for all the family to enjoy!  This year in the Parish Centre they have the Cowdery's Cafe where you can buy Hot Dogs, Chicken Burgers, Drinks, Snacks, Coffee and Cake. In the church, they have a Wonderful Bar with a superb selection of Wine from The Old Butchers Wine Cellar. Doors open at 5.30pm. There will be an interval of 30 minutes.

Performances on the night include: Rob Castell, The Norden Farm Choir, Acoustic Soul, Julia Bentley-Dawkes and Emily Dawkes, Musicians Jason Anderson and Emily Anderson, Trio: Renee Cullen, Julia Millard and Louise Parker, Freja Loeb, Juliet and Stuart Epps, The Cookham Kids Singing Group, The Cookham Holy Trinity School Choir, Juliet Epps Guitar Students, The Harris Kids and lastly we have the wonderful Adam from DEVINE as our MC.

All profit from the night goes to Eric the Flutemaker Ministries.

Renée says they are looking for normal raffle prizes for children, adults and families- nothing big or expensive.
To be honest anything would be a great help!

Please let Renée know if you can help for the Charity Concert. reneevcullen@icloud.com

Just asking …..

Would it not be prudent to either postpone or else cancel the Easter Fair this year in light of the
rapid spread of the Covid-19 virus and the advice given by Health England about avoiding crowded spaces?

The organisers have made a decision that if UK Schools close, they will postpone the concert to a later date, which they will communicate to everyone once they know more. For the time being the Easter Concert is still happening.
