*Countrystore Covid-19 Update #3*

Once again we kindly ask you share this update with friends and family so all Cookham residents are informed.

• As you know we’ve been carefully considering the logistics of operating a form of delivery service. However the surge in demand in store over the past week has been unprecedented and we are now stretched to capacity.

• We are currently trying to recruit additional staff to manage the store operation. Meaning, right now, we simply do not have the resources to setup and manage any kind of delivery operation.

• It is not necessarily the deliveries that are an issue, but the order taking, payment processing, picking and packing, as well as temperature sensitive storage.

• We believe the best way to support the local community is to focus all our resources in staying open and maintaining product availability in store, for the duration of this epidemic and thereafter.

• This will allow Cookham residents and volunteers to shop locally with confidence if they choose to do so.

• Subject to Government restrictions, we intend to continue opening from 6am to 10pm everyday.

• Any updates will be posted on this Facebook page so make sure to keep an eye out.
