Did you help someone who had fallen outside Cookham surgery?

Someone today very kindly lent some items to a lady who had a fall outside the Surgery. If this was your kind deed (thank you very much) and you would like these items back please come to the surgery and collect them as they have been handed in.

If not collected we will have to dispose of them.
